Application & safety
How to Use
- Prepare the Substrate: Ensure surfaces are clean, flat, and dry. Remove dust, oils, and loose particles. Check moisture levels and apply a moisture barrier if required.
- Apply the Adhesive: Open the 15 kg pail and use a notched trowel (3-6 mm V-notch) to spread the adhesive evenly across the substrate.
- Install Timber Flooring: Press planks firmly into place. Check adhesive transfer for at least 80% coverage.
- Clean Tools: Clean all tools and surfaces with a damp cloth or methylated spirits before the adhesive cures.
Health & Safety
- Hazard Classification: Classified as hazardous per Safe Work Australia (GHS 7). Causes skin irritation (H315) and serious eye irritation (H319).
- First Aid: Flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes. Wash skin with soap and water. Seek medical attention if needed.
- PPE: Chemical-resistant gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing required.
