Privacy policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
LEVELMAX is operated by Level Flow Pty Ltd, based at Unit L / 61-65 Roberts Rd, Greenacre NSW 2190, Australia. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website and when you contact us about products, technical support, trade supply or distribution.
Our website is a product catalogue and enquiry service. Prices, payment arrangements, collection and delivery are confirmed directly through a quote or invoice. The website does not accept online purchases or collect payment card details.
Information you provide
When you make an enquiry, request a trial or apply to become a distributor, we collect the details you choose to provide. These may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, suburb or postcode, products of interest, quantities or project details. We use them to respond, prepare quotes, assess partnership enquiries and provide support.
If you subscribe to product news, we record your email address and subscription consent. Newsletter consent is separate from optional website measurement. You can withdraw your subscription by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in an email. Comments submitted through the website are received for review and are not automatically published.
Website operation and security
Our website and enquiry records are hosted on our independent website service in Sydney, Australia. Our hosting service processes routine connection information, such as IP addresses and requests, to deliver pages and protect the service. Staff access is restricted, and backups support recovery.
Website analytics and advertising measurement
Website analytics and advertising measurement are enabled by default. Previously saved opt-out settings remain in effect. Where supported, Global Privacy Control turns off advertising measurement. These settings do not affect access to product information or enquiry forms.
When website analytics is enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand website use and successful enquiries. When advertising measurement is enabled, Meta and OpenAI measurement can record an enquiry saved successfully. Our advertising measurement runs on a separate confirmation page without enquiry form contents.
Our configured successful-enquiry events contain the enquiry type and a generated reference identifier. They do not include the name, email address, phone number or message entered in your form. Measurement services may process device and connection information, cookies or similar identifiers under their own policies.
When the relevant measurement category is enabled, we may retain campaign parameters, the landing page path and referring website, or advertising click identifiers with an enquiry to understand its source. We record the measurement settings, their source and the time recorded, distinguishing website defaults from previously saved visitor choices. Turning measurement off stops future optional measurement; it does not undo information already received by a service.
See the privacy policies of Google, Meta and OpenAI.
Sharing and overseas processing
We share information with service providers where needed for website hosting, communications, technical support and agreed supply or delivery arrangements. When measurement is enabled, the relevant analytics or advertising providers receive measurement information. These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our services and legal rights. We do not sell the contents of your enquiry.
Retention and your choices
We retain business communications and enquiry records as needed to respond, provide support, administer supply arrangements and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and any applicable legal requirements. Please contact us if you want to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold; we may need to verify your identity and retain records where required.
Please contact us first with any privacy question or complaint. If it remains unresolved, information about Australian privacy complaints is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
